
Engineer
member of the O.I.Q., M.Leblanc graduated with a Bachelor’s of
Mechanical Engineering, specialized in concurrent engineering, and a
Master’s of Engineering Management from the
Université de Sherbrooke.
M.
Leblanc began his career at Bombardier Transportation as a technical
writer and trainer. He then accepted a position as Six Sigma Black Belt
(project manager for process improvements), a position which led him to
acquire a vast knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes. He
was certified Master Black Belt during his assignment at the Swiss
division of Bombardier Transportation in Zurich.

Leblanc’s taste for writing and languages in general (he can speak five
of them) make him a tireless and multipurpose writer. He is the prime
resource for the following sectors: plastics, metal and wood
transformation, food and packaging, engineering, and information
technology.
