Chartered accountant, member of the OCAQ, Mr. Perreault graduated with
a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Diploma specialized in
taxation from HEC
Montreal.

Perreault’s work experience was acquired at KPMG Canada, in Montreal.
He acted first as a corporate auditor and then as a corporate tax
specialist. He then became a tax manager in the R&D department.
While holding that position, he was accountable for several R&D
claims filled by a wide range of customers; multinationals, large firms
and SMEs
Co-founder and
