Engineer member of the O.I.Q .,  M. Thibaudeau graduated with a Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering, specialized in concurrent engineering,  from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

M. Thibaudeau built a robust engineering and industrial experience by assuming multiple responsibilities for the company of health care Johnson and Johnson.  He worked as process engineer, projects engineer, technical supervisor, production coordinator and finally business unit manager.  His excellent capacities of analysis and communication served him in the accomplishment of multiple projects of optimization of the performances, the processes, the costs, etc.  He acquired his Six Sigma black belt certification in 2007. 

Throughout his career, Mister Thibaudeau demonstrated important human relations skills, a good ability to synthesize and a sincere will to serve well his customers.
